Decision-control in every developer IDE
v1.0 (end of August 2026): context packs and local-first Engine in the IDE, with human gates before inference and apply. Roadmap: CI/CD deployment graph, MCP agent tools, and PR verification on the Verification Engine.
CI/CD & deployment graph Roadmap
Trace code → feature → deployment → incident. Connect pipeline metadata to the engineering graph.
- Deployment nodes linked to services
- Impact queries span runtime and code
- Graph correctness gates before product claims
Context packs v1.0
Per-repo manifest.yaml + markdown knowledge injected into chat. Auto-sync on index bump.
- @pack:name in VS Code chat
- Pack builder API for platform teams
- Versioned with repo generation
Deploy in your IDP
Default: developers run ContextMint Engine locally — sovereign, no shared server.
Regulated pilots can deploy a shared on-prem API server (Docker / Helm) for teams that index a mounted monorepo or use VS Code Remote SSH. The extension connects via serverUrl + OIDC — platform ops owns mounts, auth, and path alignment.
